The Marmara Park Avenue

Very nice and clean hotel! The personnel is very polite and helpful, especially Kubra who is always kind and in a good mood! It is my second time here and I will definitely come back. The staff is the real added value!

I had an incredible stay at The Marmara Park Avenue. From the moment I arrived, the service was on point. Michael Baize, the manager, checked me in right away instead of making me wait, super accommodating and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. He consistently made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with everything. Floyd was also very kind and helpful, and Wiz from security was extremely friendly and welcoming every time I walked in. In the mornings, Beliz made me an amazing breakfast and was one of the sweetest people I met there. Overall, the service here is truly impeccable. Everyone went above and beyond, and it made my stay feel special. Highly recommend.

Stayed for Christmas with my kids. The pool area was nicely warmed up. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Perfect location with wonderful staff.

Great experience here. The only con I’d mention is the pool floor. The tiles need to be redone on the floor of the pool. They are peeling off of the ground and missing in certain areas and it feels dirty to walk on the floor of the pool with the peeling missing tiles lol. But other than that it was amazing and beautiful and the service was absolutely wonderful.

Location location location! Just location alone, this place is amazing! Staffs are professional and kind. Bit on the cramp side but it’s NY and location makes up for it. My only picky thing would be the bathroom. The shower was not the easiest to use and having no place to put anything made it difficult. Maybe for business men, it might be okay but for women, having no vanity space at all was frustrating. No need for big space but even small place to put a small make up bag would be great. Otherwise, again, location makes up for everything!

We stayed at The Marmara Park Avenue for a week while my husband was undergoing open heart surgery, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Rachel was so kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive. The room was great and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made such a difference during a very stressful time. I am so grateful for the care and hospitality we received. The hotel offered a sense of calm and comfort that truly helped us through a difficult week. We will definitely be back again, hopefully for much happier reasons next time.

Enjoyed our stay here. Chose this hotel because of the location, near to where relatives live and close to lots of shops and restaurants. I want to end on a positive note, so I'll start with opportunities for improvement: 1) elevators - shabby and dingy, slow and creaky. 2) hallways - what were they thinking??? Black walls, black ceilings, black floors, very dim lighting. We could barely see where we were going. It felt like we were descending into a dungeon. 3) room - very small, no comfortable seat to sit down on, no table to put a plate on. 4) bathroom - also very small, no counter to put toiletries on, the door was a mirror so you had to look at yourself while on the throne. Now for the positives: 1) very nice, spacious, tastefully decorated lobby. 2) staff was SUPER friendly and attentive. I forgot my toothbrush and one was brought to the room within 5 minutes. I asked how we could turn off the AC fan and someone was there within minutes to assist. We were allowed to store our luggage there for the day after we checked out. 3) bed was very comfortable. Best sleep I've had in weeks (probably the booze I drank the previous 8 hours helped). 4) room had a small kitchen - appreciated having a fridge, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker and kettle in the room. There was also a toaster. Maybe add a small microwave oven? 5) clean, clean, clean - I'm very picky about this. Room and bathroom were immaculate. Not a hair from someone else's body anywhere. 6) floor of the shower was not in the least slippery. Individual tiles eliminated falling hazard. I would be happy to stay here again

We stayed here for two nights on a quick family holiday trip to NYC. The hotel facilities were above average and great when you consider the cost and location. But the service was exceptional. I’ve not had better service anywhere. For example, we forgot goggles for the kids to swim in the pool, when I asked the desk where I could find a store to buy some, the bellman overheard and found spare goggles in their pool room for us. And all these kinds of interactions felt so genuine, like they really just wanted to help. I would stay here again.
